What is Expressive Arts?
It is a process in which art modalities such as visual arts, movement/dance, creative writing, and music etc., are used to bring about a spontaneous creative expression in individuals, enhancing personal awareness, growth and healing.

As an Expressive Arts Consultant/Educator I will provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to express their honest thoughts and emotions through the use of art modalities. "The creative process puts us in touch with our soul, our spirit, our inner wisdom. Self-expression through the creative arts – movement, art, music, and writing – is a sacred and often mystical experience, transforming pain, anger, fear, and grief into forms that nourish the soul." ~Natalie Rogers~
